As 2010 washes away, we need to resolve to be serious about the condition of our country and become a people that obey the rules of safety. Become proactive and stop turning the other way when your fellow citizens are costing you a better quality of life. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING! Tell the person to be considerate of your tax dollars. Can you imagine how much money our country would save if there was just one day where no crime was committed, no accidents happened on the road, and police made no arrests?
